Any months that has 5 Wednesdays, the Metal Group gets that last week off. Grants access to the private BajiShu Facebook group.

New video classes will be updated every Saturday (noon EST), cohort's training homework has to be submitted by Friday EOD in order to receive feedback from Shifu Vincent Mei on the following day.

This Starters Training Package is for those who either did not make it on time for a BajiShu Class registration, or simply wants to test out the program. This is for a one-time payment that unlocks 5 Basic Training Lessons and is valid for 6 months access to the online lessons.

Once you registered the Starters Training Pack, the  5 Lessons will cover detailed training guidance in: 

• 暖身 Body Warm Up Drills

• 基本八式 Basic 8 Stances

• 弓馬捶 Gong Ma Chuei

• 馬步衝捶 一階 MaBu Chong Chuei Stage 1

• 馬步衝捶 二階 MaBu Chong Chuei Stage 2

• First 5 movements of Zhong Yi Quan

*The Starters Training Registration can be used as 1 month tuition credit when register under a regular BajiShu Group Class on a later date.

**Homework is not required, but Sifi Vincent is available to answer any questions or provide feedback to training progress.

*** The Starter Training registration also grants access to the BajiShu private Facebook Group.

Lastly, regarding the 6 months limited access. We are not selling DVDs, we only have one goal, to spread and teach the art of Baji the correct way. If one pays attention and train the material, he will have the knowledge forever in him. In 6 months, we expect those  who registered the Starter Program is either moved up to a regular class. Or simply have no interest or we simple don’t want to accept him/her for further training.
